Karate
Today I have to go to karate because I have too. Great. Karate every tuesday and thursday. It pretty much never changes. Warm up, practice basics, sparing, Kata, and sometimes a game. Sometimes there is dodgeball, others jump over the rope, and then there is helmet toss. Let's see if tonights any different.I am not saying it's boring it's just always the same pattern.
